Online Application for YSR Jagananna Chedodu Scheme 2021 is now available. Check the eligibility criteria, beneficiary status, the new list will be available at the official website of Andhra Pradesh Government.
On 20th June of last year, chief Minister Shri. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced the launch of the YSR Jagananna Chedodu scheme. Under this public welfare scheme, the YSR Government will provide flat Rs.10000/- financial help to various people during the lockdown and Corona Virus pandemic. After the COVID-19 Pandemic outbreak in India various State Governments and Central Government announced financial welfare schemes for the public. In this scheme, more than 82,000 Rajakas (i.e dhobis), 38,000 Nayee Brahmins (i.e barbers), and 1 Lakh tailors will get Rs.10000/- financial help. So, that they will not face any problem during lockdown.

Other Benefits of YSR Jagananna Chedodu
Along with the Rs.10000/- financial help, the CM has announced the distribution of free School Kit. This kit contains contain all the textbooks, notebooks, shoes, socks, and three pairs of uniforms. After the lockdown, the parents may face financial problem to provide these items. So, the State Government is offering these free items to all School going Students. Eligibility Criteria
- Firstly, the applicant must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh.
- Secondly, he must be a Tailors or Barbers or Washermen
- Most importantly, the applicant should be less than 60 years old.
- Lastly, the beneficiaries must belong to BPL/ Ration Card category.
However, there are no eligibility criteria for school kit distribution. Every school students are eligible to receive a School Kit for Free.

How to Apply the YSR Jagananna Chedodu Yojana?
Specifically, you may be excited to know the application procedure of YSR Jagananna Chedodu in detail. As the scheme is new, so the Government provides limited information. However, this scheme’s application procedure is unique. In this scheme, you neither have to visit any CSC center nor fill an online application form.
The Andhra Pradesh Government will conduct a voluntary survey in your locality. After that, they will deposit the survey report at their respective block office. Finally, the Government will release the YSR Jagananna Chedodu beneficiary list. The beneficiary list will be published in a particular Government website URL. The AP Government is working on launching a new website.
After that, your application will be validated by the DM office. Finally, the incentive amount will be credited to your registered bank account through Direct Money Transfer.
