The Odisha State Government has launched the Mo Sarkar 5T Vision Initiative for the people of Odisha. If you are one of the residents of the state Odisha, then you must be aware of the Government of Odisha’s Vision 5T yojana.
Mo Sarkar means My Government. You may have studied the definition of Democracy. The essence of Democracy is of the people, by the people, for the people. People are the soul of Democracy. The Government collects taxes from the people and runs the entire state with the help of Government Employees. But sometimes people face difficulties availing themselves the Government services. To ensure Good governance, CM Naveen Patnaik has launched the 5Ts Initiative program. In this post, we have explained the Objectives, working procedures, and how people will be benefited using this scheme.

What is Mo Sarkar 5T Initiative Vision?
All the Government offices are public property. With the help of public taxpayer money, the employee gets their salary. So, their moral duty is to serve the public politely with 100% dedication and transparency. For the feedback collection, the Government has launched the Mo Sarkar Program.
In 2019, the Odisha Government implemented a 5T vision plan for the Government employees. Under this plan, the public servants have to work dedicatedly for the people with the following 5-T Action plan:
Working Procedure of 5T Work Initiative
The 5T initiative works on the principle of people’s feedback. Whenever you visit any Government office for any of your work, the employee will register your Mobile number in the Mo Sarkar 5T portal. After that, you will receive a confirmation SMS on your Mobile phone about the service. You can share your overall experience with the Government Offices.
According to your feedback, Higher Authority will do the valuation of that government official. If he has done a good deed, then promotion or reward will be given, and for doing the wrong act, a series of legal actions will be taken.
If government officials do not register your mobile number on the 5T portal, you can manually register yourself. Pick your mobile phone and give a miss call on 14545.
Departments Covered under 5T Initiative
Initially, Police and Health departments were covered in the 5T program. But at the present time, all the Government offices, Colleges, Ministries, Police Stations, PHC, District Medicals, and Colleges are under the 5T program.

How to File a Complaint under 5T?
First of all, let me tell you that the 5Ts program is not for Complaint registration. It’s a feedback management portal. Still, there is an option for you to register a Complaint regarding your problem. Follow the steps:
Step-1: First thing you have to do, visit http://orissasoochanacommission.nic.in/ Official Website.
Step-2: Now click on the ‘submit a Complaint online’ portal link from the e-gateway page.
Step-3: Now, a Complaint Application form will appear on your screen. Start filling the form. Try to specify your Complaint in Detail.
Step-4: After filling the form, upload the supporting documents, if any.
Step-5: Finally, Submit the form and Note down the Application Number.
